Labs and other diagnostic tests can be directly billed to your insurance (please check with your insurance about coverage)

We accept all major credit cards including FSA/HSA and Care Credit.*

*It is the patient's responsibility to receive approval from their benefits administrator as to the appointment fee coverage and use of FSA/HSA card.

Appointment fee (initial, follow up, telemedicine, and home visit) $500. It covers all follow-up appointments, unlimited communications with a physician, close monitoring, tracking, check-ins within a calendar month.

When needed, prescription medications and diagnostic tests can be billed directly to your insurance.

Body composition analysis will be done during in-person visit
